Selective Nickel with Anodize

Selective Nickel plating is a service we can provide post anodize, typically in grooves that require enhanced conductivity in certain areas.

Stand Alone Nickel Plating

We also provide Nickel plating as a stand alone process. Sometimes this plating process can be utilized to Nickel Plate the entire part as a replacement for electroless.

What sets us apart

Robust Process Controls

The same process controls you expect from our anodize process, we also apply to our Nickel Process. As a result, you can expect consistent thickness and performance

Nickel Dedicated Maskers

In most situations, only part of the part will be Nickel Plated, as a result masking will be required. Unlike some, our Nickel Maskers, only mask for Nickel plating resulting in a high level of quality and expertise.

Optimized Batching

Whenever possible, we implement batching on our production parts which allows us cost savings we can pass on to our customers.

Repeatable Process

We use mathematically calculated plating targets to ensure a robust process and regularly test the quality of our nickel plating via adhesion tests.
